Service Content and Scope

VPN TX provides network acceleration for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan subscriptions, route access information, and client download links. Available routes may change based on network maintenance, resource allocation, or regional connection conditions.

Node coverage indicates the regions and routes available for selection. It does not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, application, regional content, or individual network environment. Users should choose suitable routes based on their access goals, local network conditions, and actual connection results.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for securely storing their account credentials and for all subscription, connection, and settings activity under the account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should stop sharing the relevant information and change the password promptly.

Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices, but each account is for the registered user and their own devices only. Reselling subscriptions, publicly distributing access information, sharing accounts with unrelated parties, or using the service for commercial resale through splitting or bulk delivery is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration changes, or account risks resulting from shared credentials.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and usage context. They must not use the service for unlawful activities, infringe the legitimate rights of others, or interfere with the normal use of networks, servers, or other users. Using the service to distribute malicious programs, make unauthorized access attempts, commit fraud, send abusive content, or conduct automated activity that may cause abnormal use of route resources is prohibited.

Users are responsible for confirming that the content they access, their data handling methods, and their specific purposes comply with applicable rules. VPN TX does not participate in creating, selecting, or publishing user content and is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites, applications, or services.

Service Availability and Account Termination

Cross-border connections may be affected by local network quality, international link congestion, device configuration, system updates, third-party service policies, and maintenance scheduling. VPN TX maintains routes and systems as operationally necessary, but does not promise consistent performance at all times, locations, devices, or network environments.

Planned maintenance, unexpected failures, infrastructure issues, force majeure, or changes to third-party services may temporarily alter or interrupt some functions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses beyond reasonable control, changes to third-party content, or issues caused by a user's device configuration.

If an account is used unlawfully, a subscription is resold, credentials are publicly shared, service operations are disrupted, or these terms are repeatedly violated, VPN TX may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account as appropriate. To prevent ongoing risk, necessary action may be taken first in serious cases, followed by verification based on the available records.

Refund Policy

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the support ticket entry in the user panel so the related account and order can be verified. After verification, the request will be processed through the available payment workflow; the actual settlement time may depend on the payment channel.

Once a refund is completed, the corresponding paid subscription benefits will end. The refund applies only to the order associated with that first payment and does not change the account security, compliant use, or anti-resale rules that applied before the refund.

Changes to and Interpretation of These Terms

VPN TX may revise these terms in response to changes in service scope, route operations, product processes, or applicable rules. The updated text will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be adjusted accordingly. Significant changes affecting user rights or responsibilities will be highlighted in an appropriate area of the site.

Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If conflicts arise between different terms, the newer rules published for the specific function or transaction context will prevail, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
